This guide is intended to provide authoritative information and to answer questions about special education for children beginning kindergarten through their 21st birthday.

Young children with disabilities may be eligible for Early Intervention Services (birth to three) or Early Childhood Special Education (three to kindergarten age). For more information about EI and ECSE, call OAC at 503-243-2081
